These Terms govern the Shin Q mobile and web services supplied by Shinnovation 21 in Japan. The operator legal name, representative, complete business address, and telephone number must be published in the Commercial Disclosure before paid sales begin.
本規約は、Shinnovation 21が日本国内で提供するShin Qのモバイルおよびウェブサービスに適用されます。有料販売の開始前に、運営者の法的氏名、代表者、完全な事業者住所および電話番号を特定商取引法に基づく表記に掲載します。
The current release is enabled only for the Japan launch market. Users must provide accurate required information and must not use the service from a market that Shin Q has not enabled. A parent or legal guardian must create and control an account used by a child who cannot validly consent.
現在のリリースは日本向け市場でのみ有効です。利用者は必須情報を正確に提供し、Shin Qが有効化していない市場から利用してはなりません。本人が有効な同意を行えない子どもが利用する場合、親権者または法定代理人がアカウントを作成し管理する必要があります。
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under their account. Suspected unauthorized use must be reported promptly. Shin Q may require verification, revoke sessions, or restrict access to protect users and the service.
利用者は認証情報を適切に管理し、自己のアカウントで行われる行為について責任を負います。不正利用の疑いは速やかに報告してください。利用者およびサービスを保護するため、Shin Qは本人確認、セッション失効またはアクセス制限を行うことがあります。
Users must not unlawfully copy or redistribute content, scrape the service, evade limits, automate cheating, impersonate another person, interfere with systems, upload unlawful or harmful material, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.
利用者は、コンテンツの違法な複製・再配布、スクレイピング、制限回避、不正な自動操作、なりすまし、システム妨害、違法・有害な情報の送信、法令または第三者の権利を侵害する行為をしてはなりません。
Scores, translations, pronunciation feedback, and AI explanations are educational aids and may contain errors. They are not professional, medical, legal, emergency, or official examination advice. Users remain responsible for decisions made using them.
スコア、翻訳、発音評価およびAIによる説明は学習支援であり、誤りを含む場合があります。専門的、医療的、法的、緊急時または公式試験に関する助言ではありません。これらを利用した判断は利用者自身の責任で行ってください。
Paid use is governed by the Subscription Terms and final purchase screen. No paid sale may begin until the Commercial Disclosure and provider configuration are approved. Deleting a Shin Q account does not itself cancel Apple, Google, or Stripe billing.
有料利用にはサブスクリプション条件および購入確認画面が適用されます。特定商取引法に基づく表記および決済設定が承認されるまで有料販売を開始しません。Shin Qアカウントを削除してもApple、GoogleまたはStripeの請求は自動解約されません。
Shin Q software, branding, and licensed or original content remain the property of Shinnovation 21 or its licensors. Users grant only the limited rights needed to process responses and provide, secure, and improve the contracted service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Shin Qのソフトウェア、ブランドならびに許諾済みまたは独自のコンテンツはShinnovation 21またはライセンサーに帰属します。利用者は、プライバシーポリシーに従い、回答を処理し、サービスを提供、保護および改善するために必要な範囲の権利のみを許諾します。
Shin Q may proportionately suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, or risk to another person. Where reasonably possible, notice and an opportunity to contact support will be provided.
重大な違反、詐欺、セキュリティ上の危険、未払い、違法行為または他者への危険がある場合、Shin Qは相当な範囲で利用を停止または終了できます。合理的に可能な場合、通知およびサポートへの連絡機会を提供します。
Shin Q does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes or limits liability where prohibited by the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory law, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Any otherwise permitted limitation will be reasonable under the contract and applicable law.
Shin Qは中断または不具合が一切ないことを保証しません。本規約は、故意または重大な過失による責任を含め、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により排除または制限が禁止される責任を排除または制限しません。その他の責任制限は契約および適用法令に照らして合理的な範囲に限られます。
Material changes receive a new version, prior explanation, and renewed acceptance where required. Continued use will not be treated as consent when express consent is legally required.
重要な変更には新しいバージョンを付与し、適用前に説明し、必要な場合は再同意を求めます。法令上明示的同意が必要な場合、継続利用のみを同意として扱いません。
Japanese law governs this Japan release. Courts with jurisdiction under Japanese procedural law will hear disputes. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction protections. Contact support@shinnovation21.com so a complaint can be investigated.
日本向けリリースには日本法が適用され、日本の手続法上管轄権を有する裁判所が紛争を取り扱います。本条は強行的な消費者の権利または管轄保護を奪いません。調査のためsupport@shinnovation21.comへご連絡ください。
